Timon Hotel and nearby sports venues in Budapest, Hungary

Situated on the Ulloi St which connects Budapest to the international aiport, Timon hotel is 7kms from the city centre and a short 10 minute drive from the airport.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and well looked after by the owners. Each rooms is en-suite and has satellite TV and internet access. The lobby outside the rooms is also very spacious and there are sofas, tables and a TV for guests to use here.

There is no restaurant although the hotel has a dining room at the entrance to the hotel which is also a cafe and bar during the day and evening. This a pleasant room.

The reception desk is to your right as you enter the hotel and is part of the corridor leading to the first floor. It is a small reception desk and there is no space for seating, however guests can relax in the cafe / dining room.

An attractive 3 storey building painted yellow that looks more like a grand chalet than a small hotel.

A family run hotel which still operates a mechanics from the ground floor of the hotel, the Timon is a friendly good basic 3* hotel. There is no lift in the hotel for guests. The hotel has parking. (AHJ 0608)
