The Hotel Tenor is housed in a six storey modern building located in St Etienne's town centre with its lively shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The 64 guestrooms have a simple functional furnishings and modern decor; all come equipped with direct dial phones, cable televisions, Internet ports, and private bathrooms with shower/tubs.
The hotel serves a buffet breakfast every morning and the 24 hour front desk is always on hand to give sightseeing information or answer any other queries. For those arriving by car, there is a secure parking nearby (at a surcharge). Guests at this hotel are also close to the Plants Garden, Museum of old St Etienne and the Puits Couriot (mine museum) which are less than one kilometre away and the Modern Art Museum which is 3.5 kilometres away. Lyon Saint Exupery (Satolas) Airport is 74 kilometres with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.

Directions
There is a shuttle bus service (Sotobus) from the airport which takes guests into town and stops metres away from the hotel. Alternatively, taxis are readily available from the Airport's arrivals terminal but cost approximately 160 EUR.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow the signs for 'Lyon' and then 'Saint Etienne'. Leave the highway at the exit 'Saint Etienne Centres'. Then follow the 'Astel de Ville' directions until the Hotel Tenor is indicated.
