The Best Western Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf and Spa is situated in 300 acres of beautiful undulating Suffolk countryside, on the edge of the Dedham Vale just off the A134. It is ideally located approximately 20 minutes drive from Colchester and Ipswich and one hour from both Stansted Airport and London. The Club is in an idyllic location for both leisure and business guests and is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The setting has been captured in the paintings of famous artists Gainsborough and Constable and both golf courses are names after them. Comprising an 80 bedroom hotel, a selection of excellent dining facilities, Peake Spa and Fitness centre, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a driving range with 20 covered bay areas and conference and banqueting facilities for up to 450 people. Car parking is available free of charge for up to 350 cars and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and public areas. Peake Spa and Fitness centre includes an 18 metre indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, saunarium, sun terrace and Concept shower which are complimentary to guests for the duration of their stay. DIRECTIONS FROM LONDONCHELMSFORDCOLCHESTERleave the M25 at junction 28 (Brentwood) and join the A12 signposted to Colchester. Exit the A12 at the Colchester central turn off picking up the A134 signposted to Sudbury. Once on the A134 pass throuugh the village of Leavenheath ignoring any signage to Stoke by Nayland. Once through Leavenheath, pass the Hare and Hounds public House on the right hand side, and continue a further 200 yards turning right onto the B1068. This is signposted Stoke by Nayland and Stoke by Nayland Golf Club. Proceed along the B1068 for approximately 1.5 miles and the Club is located and signposted on the right hand side.FROM IPSWICHJoin A12 in London direction. After approximately 5 miles, take the B1068 signposted Higham and Stoke by Nayland. Continue along the B1068 passing through the village of Stoke by Nayland. The Club is situated on the left hand side approximately 1 mile from the village towards Leavenheath.
