Please note: a security deposit of £250 is required for each apartment booked to cover loss or damage to the apartment and its contents or any problems resulting in parties which are strictly prohibited in all our apartments - this will be taken in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card and released once the apartment has been checked after your departure. All major credit cards, including American Express, accepted Please provide the full name of the card holder, as it appears on the card, and the full address where the card is registered when making the reservation We reserve the right to verify the card details and see identification (passport, driving licence etc.) upon check-in and before handing over the keys to the apartment. Should it become apparent that a party is proceeding in disrespect of this restriction, steps will be taken to curtail the event and your stay in the apartment will be terminated without refund.
