A38 from Exeter, straight over Marshmills flyover to Crownhill turnoff. Second left off the roundabout heading towards Plymouth Argyle football club. Staying in the left hand lane bearing left towards the city centre. Stay in the left lane for 14 mile and were on your left handside, blue building and canope. Parking at rear of hotel.
