The hotel is situated in the heart of Berne's main shopping and business district. The railway station is a short stroll from the hotel, as are the main tourist attractions.
The medium-sized rooms have been refurbished in a modern and stylish way and decorated in rose and lemon. The rooms are now in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms.
The hotel has a small cafe leading off the lobby which serves as a popular meeting place for locals. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a small, brightly decorated breakfast room.
The lobby is small but pleasantly decorated in a mixture of traditional and modern styles.
The building is traditional in style and forms part of an old shopping arcade.
This hotel is really impressive and together with the friendly staff, it has ensured that this is one of the better quality hotels on offer in this city. RY08/08
