The beautiful coastal city with ferry harbours and gardens offers everything guests require for a peaceful holiday in cosy surroundings. The air-conditioned apartment complex was established in 2002 and comprises six floors and parking facilities for those arriving by car.
All the apartments are welcoming and stylishly appointed. They come with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms (Duplex-Penthouse), air-conditioning (cold/warm), a kitchenette with an electric oven (ceramic hobs), a fridge and microwave, two bathrooms, and either a balcony or terrace with sea views.
There are swimming pools in the hotel grounds.
This apartment complex is located around 4.5 km from the centre of Valencia. The sea spreads out in the background, and there are parklands, a large shopping area (only in summer), and a beach promenade with restaurants, ice-cream dealers, and typical regional HorchaterÃas. Links to the public transport system can be found within a radius of some 200 m.
To reach the apartment complex, take the A7 motorway/ N221 (Valencia-Puzol), then exit 4 (Alboraya-Almassera) and continue for 4.5 km.
