Location. The Hodson Bay Hotel is located in Athlone, Ireland, five kilometres from Dean Crowe Theatre and Athlone Castle, and six kilometres from Roscommon Racecourse. Athlone Golf course is next door.

From Dublin International Airport (DUB):
Distance to Hodson Bay Hotel is 126 kilometres, approximately 90 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Number 747 and 748 Airlink buses connect the airport to Dublin city centre, and depart every 15 minutes. Tickets can be bought from the driver and the single fare is about 5 EUR. A train from Dublin to Athlone costs about 12 EUR and takes 90 minutes. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Athlone town centre can easily be explored on foot. A shuttle bus service also runs in the town.
