It is a 5-storeyed residence with lift and practical apartments with plenty of storage space.
In all apartments there are american kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric coffee-maker, bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, telephone (paying), TV (paying) and loggia with garden furniture.
The guests can find adult activities such as games (Scrabble, Dames), sudoku, Internet initiation, tournaments of bridge, bingo, petanque, tournaments of cards and ballroom dancing initiations.
It is situated in Aquitaine, in the Gironde region, 65 km from Bordeaux. It is a seaside resort at the entrance of the Arcachon basin, lying between the Atlantic Ocean and the Landes Forest, not far from the Bordeaux vineyards.
