The Hotel is located off the A1, following the City centre and then Thorpe Meadows signs. Sitting on the water's edge, the Hotel overlooks Thorpe Meadows Park and the International Rowing Course and is within easy access to the city of Peterborough. The excellent travel communications and the nearby East of England Showground facilities make this a quality business destination.
Comfortable and modern bedrooms. All rooms are ensuite and feature satellite TV, in-house pay to view movies, internet connection, trouser press, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities.
Informal and open-plan, with pleasant waterside views. A la Carte and Set Menus, with freshly prepared English, European and vegetarian cuisine. Lunch & Lounge Menu available all day offering an extensive choice of sandwiches and snacks.
Spacious area with comfortable armchairs and leather sofa seating, adjacent to bar area with further seating. Just off the lobby there is a pleasant conservatory area with cane seating.
Modern two-storey building with very attractive terrace area overlooking the rowing course.
Well located for business and leisure guests, with excellent road and rail links. Nearby places of interest include Peterborough Cathedral, key Theatre, East of England Showground, Ferry Meadows, Nene Valley Railway and Burghley House. (PH 0306)
