Follow B3182 (Topsham Road), at roundabout with traffic lights turn right, (3rd exit). At next roundabout take the 1st exit (Paris Street). Go over 3 sets of traffic lights into New North RoadAt the next roundabout (Clock Tower) go straight over then next left into Hele Road at lights. Immediately turn left again into Queens Terrace, then next right into Bystock Terrace for the Queens Court Hotel
