The hotel is situated in Hanley, one of the famous six towns which make up the potteries. It is just a five minute drive from Stoke railway Station and Manchester Airport is just a forty-five minute drive.
The rooms are all medium in size and in fairly good condition. All rooms have all the facilities one would expect from a three star hotel. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are very clean and of a decent standard.
The hotel has two restaurants, Bennets Bar, a self-selection buffet style carvery and Chatterley's a la carte restaurant featuring an array of International cuisine.
The lobby is fairly large and welcoming.
The hotel was built in 1890 and boasts a magnificent, victorian facade.
The hotel has a leisure club with pool, sauna, steam room, solarium, whirlpool Spa and multi-gym. Also the hotel has got an annex, so guests can either stay in the main building or the annexe which is of same standard. This is an ideal hotel for both groups and individuals wishing to visit the 'potteries' and Alton Towers. (GH1208)

As i'm looking to fly to the UK from Australia in October 2011 I can't believe how difficult it is to get any answers for my enquiries.
I have personally rang them (from Sydney), I have asked for contact details ie Email address Wrong Email Address.
Some of Reviews leave a lot to be desired for.
Pity because this "Hotel" is in a location that would be ideal for me. |
