The Capel family lived at Prestbury House for 300 years, before the current owners bought the house and turned it into a hotel. With a rich history, the house was famous during the English Civil War and has a few ghost stories to keep you entertained. Prestbury House has Category 1 Access status, with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor (there is no lift). Highland Cattle and Golden Guernsey Goats wander the hotel grounds. You can watch them either from the hotel garden or the rear car park. The car park is large and secure, and there are even full facilities for up to 3 aircraft - just in case you want to bring your helicopter!
