The Park View is a large period townhouse, offering a warm and friendly welcome, in a quiet location only 7 minutes walk from the historic center of york and the york minster. Gaynor and Andy offer you a high standard of comfort and hospitality, with all rooms offering digital television, wireless internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, iron and board, fan, radio alarm, clean fluffy towels and a range of toiletries. All rooms are clean and comfortable, having thermostatically controlled central heating. Attractive dining room offering a choice of breakfasts including full english and vegetarian. Parking available. Payment is by cash or cheque.

Directions
To reach The Park View by road, follow signs for York. When on the A64, take the A1237 York outer ring road. Follow this until you reach the A19 signposted York North. Follow this road for about 2 miles until you reach the Grange Hotel on the right. Grosvenor Terrace is the 2nd road on the left with the Churchill Hotel on the corner.If you are travelling by train, the station is a 15-20 minute walk, however, there is a taxi stand outside so if you have luggage, this is probably the best option.
