From Manchester Airport (MAN):
Distance to Barcelo Premium Shrigley Hall Hotel is 18 miles, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The easiest way to get to the hotel is by taxi. Alternatively, Manchester Airport train station is linked to all terminals by a moving walkway. Every hour, up to six trains leave the airport for Manchester Piccadilly station in central Manchester. A single ticket costs 2.65 GBP, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Trains connect to Macclesfield train station from here, which is seven miles from the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The area around the hotel is best explored by car.
Driving directions. From the airport, take the M56, heading towards the M60.
Exit at Junction 1 onto the M60.
Exit the M60 at Junction 1, heading towards Stockport, West and Centre, A5145.
At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Travis Brow (A5145).
At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Heaton Lane.
Exit Heaton Lane and turn right into Wellington Road North (A6)
Leave Wellington Road North (A6) and continue into London Road (A523).
Leave London Road (A523) and turn left into Brookledge Lane.
Exit Brookledge Lane and heat straight on to Shrigley Road.
Exit Shrigley Road and turn left into Bakestonedale Road.
