Deluxe rooms are located on the highest floors at the front of the hotel, offering the best views over Cairns harbour. These rooms are also larger than standard and executive rooms, and feature a fully stocked minibar as well as free digital safe, free in house movies and other standard facilities. They are kept in a good condition, along with bathrooms, which have bath with overhead shower & hair dryer. Rooms have a balcony.

The hotel is home to the Bushfire Flame and Grill, which offers a unique dining experience with char grilled, locally sourced beef, and seafood. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also located within the hotel is Sugarcane Rhumbar, a tapas style bar.
