This beautiful medieval property dates from 1460, is set in 3 and half acres of grounds and surrounded by its own moat. It boasts a wealth of oak beams, large inglenook and some sloping floors which give a truly authentic armosphere of times gone by. Luxurious en-suite bedrooms decorated to the highest standard with quality furnishings and many thoughful extras. Beautiful bathrooms, quality toiletries, bathrobes, etc add to the cosy atmosphere, and the attention to detail makes our establishment an extra special place to stay. Homemade bread, muesli preserves etc. Ample parking in grounds. Glorious countryside location.Olde Moat House holds the coveted 5 Diamond and Gold Awardgrading from the English Tourism Council. This is the highest grading available and only given to a few establishments throughout the country. From M20 leave at junction 10. Take A2070 to Brenzett and after approx 9.9 miles turn left to Ivychurch. Moat House will be found on the left after half a mile. (We are 15 minutes from the M20).From Rye A259 for approx 8 miles. Cross over 2 roundabouts onto A2070 - signposted Channel Tunnel -After 1 mile approx on A2070 turn right to Ivuchurch. Moat House will be found on the left after half a mile.
