The well-maintained seafront hotel is directly above miles of golden sandy beach, accessed by pathways or the cliff-top lift (in summer only). It is 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and award-winning gardens. Bournemouth Interchange is 1.2 miles (2 km) away. Ocean View Hotel has friendly and able staff, and evening entertainment on most nights. There is a games room at the Ocean View's sister hotel.
