We are very close to the Brampton Road Campus (3 min walk) and within easy reach of Kingstown Industrial Estate. We are close to the Scotish Borders yet within easy reach of the Lake District.Our prices include Full English Breakfast check our website for a look at the menue for alternative.All our rooms are en-suite and have power showers.
