The New Inn is an attractive 16th century coaching Inn just 4 miles from Ross on Wye, 10 miles from Hereford and 9 miles from Monmouth.Its perfect for meeting colleagues, placating the family or entertaining friends, whether in the lounge bar, dining room or garden. The lounge bar and dining room are enhanced during the colder months with huge inglenook fireplaces which crackle to the sound of burning logs. Our rooms are classically decorated and comfortably furnished, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere. You are sure to feel right at home. We are in the country side and contrary to popular belief, this is a working agricultural area, so tractors do start to rumble quite early on some days especially during the harvest if the weather is good. It is very quiet over night, but please be aware that trafic can start from 7am at certain times of the year...Please check out the reviews though on the Inn, you will not be dissapointed in your stay.

Directions
From Ross-on-Wye take the A49 to Hereford. Drive 2 miles and go through Peterstow. Then drive a further mile and take the left turn to Abergavenny and the Inn is 12 mile down this road on the cross roads.
