This hotel is located between the railway station and the city centre.
The bedrooms all vary in size, some are medium and some are large. The renovated rooms are rather nice with dark wood furniture and modern lighting and very modern bathrooms. The non renovated rooms are fairly dated and although in good condition, the plan is to renovate the entire hotel very soon.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor and has no real redeeming features as it is a fairly typical hotel restaurant. There is also a bar area which is fairly cosy.
The lobby is medium sized and quite welcoming with beige decor and pillars with mirrors - rather '70's in fact.
It is a traditional building.
This hotel is suitable for both small groups and individuals and is a good base from which to experience the rest of Belgium and the Netherlands. (NN 211107)
