The hotel is located in the north of the city in a quiet residential area. There is excellent access to the city centre by Tram, The stop is located a 2 minute walk from hte hotel. Stuttgart's spa and sports centre is also just around the corner.

The standard bedrooms are medium sized and decorated in a modern fashion. The white walls, pale yellow curtains and grey/blue carpet give the rooms a modern, clean, bright feel. Furnishings are simply styled yet comfortable and homely. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in good condition.

The restaurant is off to the left of the lobby on the ground floor. It is furnished and decorated in a warm and informal style with a pale pastel colour scheme.

The lobby is medium sized with a polished tile floor, brightly lit by large windows along one side. The reception desk is on the right with a small seating area on the left. Lifts leading to the rooms are close to the reception. The decor is clean and bright.

The hotel is modern with cream coloured walls. The entrance is at the corner of the building, with a few steps leading up to the main entrance.
