This hotel is located opposite the main congress centre of Basel, in a largely residential area.
The medium sized rooms have been decorated in pleasant bold colours and have comfortable modern furniture. The rooms are all in very good condition as are the bathrooms.
The hotel's main restaurant has a Michelin star rating and although it is rather expensive, it does have an excellent reputation. The hotel also has a less formal restaurant, which serves light snacks and is more suitable for clientele on a less high budget.
The medium sized lobby is bright and modern in design. It leads on to a small seating area.
This is a purpose built hotel with a plain exterior, which in no way reflects the impressive interior.
This is one of the best first class properties in Basel offering an excellent level of service and rooms of extremely high quality. RY1008
