The hotel overlooks Treasury Gardens and is within walking distance to Federation Square and the MCG.
It is also within close proximity to Collins Street boutique stores and only a short tram ride to the factory outlets and bargain stores on Bridge Road. The City Circle tram stops at the hotel's doorstep to explore Melbourne CBD. Melbourne Tullamarine airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes drive.
The rooms are medium in size, are well appointed and in good condition. Bathrooms are compact and equipped with bath / shower. Overall the rooms are of good standard and well maintained.
The 'Cafe' is located left of the reception, as is a small bar area.
The lobby is small in size with a reception desk and some seating area. Restaurant and Bar are off the lobby.
Modern building with 2 balconies on each floor, 11 floors in total. Extension on the ground floor in black and white with large windows.
