Just outside Shrewsbury in the village of Albrighton, the hotel has a beautiful location.
The guest rooms all feature tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, satellite TV, trouser press and have a traditional decor. All rooms have been recently refurbished and are all in excellent condition as are the large bathrooms.
There is a fine dining restaurant together with a more relaxed atmosphere in the terrace bar, where bar food and smacks are served all day.
A medimum sized lobby with seating area where light snacks are also served.
Dating back to the 1630s, Albrighton Hall is one of the finest examples of Shropshire's great houses.
Close to both Shrewsbury and Ludlow and with an exclusive leisure club with squash, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and weights rooms, it is the perfect country retreat.
Directions by road: Easily located from the M6, follow M54 to 1st roundabout, taking 2nd exit. Take 2nd exit at next 3 roundabouts and 4th exit at next heading north on A528 to Ellesmere. Hotel is one mile on the left. Rail: Shrewsbury Station 5 mins.(10/07 SC))
