Leonardos Guest House is just across the road to a four mile long beach that stretches to the Mumbles and at the edge of the naturally beautiful and relaxing Gower peninsula. Partly en-suite with some Sea View rooms and Internet Wi-Fi access, at Leonardos Guest House we offer a basic professional service yet friendly and informal.The area is well served by public transport and near the M4, only 5 miles away on the same road. We have a free public car park at 2 minutes walk and 24 hours access after initial check in.Leonardo and Tina offer a basic clean and comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Swansea to a high standard . We are a perfect place to stay for access to the Brangwyn Hall and the Patti Pavillion. At a short walking distance we have the County Hall, National Swimming Pool, Singleton Park, Swansea University and City Centre with the busy Swansea Market and shopping centre.We have ten guest bedrooms, five of which have a spectacular sea view. Breakfast is served in a Mediterranean themed dining room where you can choose from a traditional English breakfast or continental, fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts and fruit juices. Also available is espresso, caffllatte and of course tea and filter coffee.

Grid Reference: SS645922 (accurate to 100 metres)Directions from M4Coming from the east, the easiest way is to leave at Jcn 42 also signpostedGower and follow the road. You will go through Fabian Way (A483) which leadsto Oystermouth Road (A4067). At 380 after approximately 5 miles you will seethe Leonardos Guest House on the right hand side.Coming from the west, leave at Jcn 47, take the 5th exit to Carmathen Road(A483), then follow to Cockett Road (A216), then Sketty Lane (A216) whichtakes you down to a T junction; you are now on the sea front. Take the leftto Oystermouth Road (A4067) and after just over a mile, after the secondiron bridge on the left hand side at number 380 you will see the LeonardosGuest House.Have a nice journey!
