The La Tegnue is a modern holiday hotel set in the centre of the Sottomarina promenade, 500 metres from Chioggia. The six floor hotel's 83 air conditioned guestrooms are bright and simply styled with modern furnishings leading onto balconies with sea views; all rooms including direct dial phones, wireless Internet and cable television.
Guests can sunbathe by the poolside while sipping drinks from the bar, or stroll down to the beach for a swim. Daily newspapers are available free in the lobby area and guests can connect to wireless Internet free. The hotel also offers a fitness centre, and guests can have their hair done at the salon while their children are entertained at the kids' club. Expansive restaurant decorated with white linen topped tables, ornate lightning and sheer drapes. Guests can enjoy an international menu with a focus on fresh seafood. Guests can rent bicycles from the hotel to explore the city and try yoga at the fitness centre. The hotel property houses a diving school with scuba courses for all levels. Meanwhile Venice with its Lido, Saint Mark Square and the Palace of the Doges is 25 kilometres away, while Padova and Treviso lie 40 kilometres and 60 kilometres away respectively ideal for day trips. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 30 kilometres and a 40 minute drive away.

Directions
The best way from the airport is by taxi, although the hotel also runs an airport shuttle (fee). The easiest way to get around Venice is on foot, by vaporetto (public water bus) or water taxi
