The hotel is located close to Fulham Broadway underground station, literally next door to the Chelsea Football Ground and within easy reach of Knightsbridge, Kensington and fashionable Chelsea. The lobby is small and quite intimate, with the understated reception to the right. There is a lounge area to the left of the lobby, which has been recently refurbished and is decorated in a contemporary style.

The hotel has a fairly traditional facade, with steps leading up to the main hotel entrance. There is a car park to the front of hotel for guest use.
