Reception hours are Monday - Friday 07.30 to 20.00 and Saturday - Sunday 07.30 to 18.00. If the hotel’s reception and the front door are closed, please use the booking’s code for the 'hotelomat', an automated check-in machine. You can store any valuables in the safe located at reception and a luggage storage is also available free of charge. Convenient payment by credit cards is on offer by Bankomat and Paybox. For an additional charge there is a washing machine and a dryer available for guests. Please note: the hotel is not accessible for disabled people. Child-care facilities are impressive and the hotel is well-equipped for children. Cots, high chairs and pushchairs are all available free of charge and depending on availability.
