At the Alla BellItalia restaurant, it is possible to enjoy the renowned dishes of Sardinian cuisine accompanied by the perfumed fragrances of local wines. That which undoubtedly strikes the splendid city of Cagliari is the beauty of its geographic position and the whirlwind of colours that surround it: the old part is protected on the white rocks, while the new part is tight between the green and the long lagoon of Santa Gilla and the open sea, the real blue pearl of the Mediterranean. Despite recent construction, , the traces of ancient power are still very visible for example, the Rione del Castello comes to mind, which dominates the city with its bastions, the Palazzo Viceregio, the Duomo, that assumes the history of the city in its architecture, the Palazzo Arcivescovile and the Anfiteatro, the main Roman masterpiece of the island, evidence of an ancient and glorious past.
