The reception area is located in one corner, with the Cortile, a three tiered sandstone and marble courtyard as the hotel's central meeting place - serving drinks, afternoon teas etc. Cortile also features a restored lift which serves as a centrepiece.

This is a modern tower rising out of the majestic sandstone Historical Treasury Building, dating back to 1851, full of grace and charm of its era.
