Charming family-run guesthouse situated in an idyllic country setting on a quiet no through road, offering ample free off road parking. 10 mins walk from the historic town of Stony Stratford and 10 mins by car to Central Milton Keynes. Silverstone, Northampton,and Oxford are also close by.We comprise of 5 spacious ground-floor bedrooms all decorated to a high standard with en-suite facilities. All rooms have hospitality trays, inclusive of a variety of herbal teas and hot chocolate. Rooms also include hairdryers, freeview TV, radio alarms and complimentary water and toiletries. Wi-Fi is available at a fixed rate of £2.50 per overnight stay.3 of the rooms are set out as twin rooms with the remaining 2 as double rooms. Two of the twin rooms however, can be adapted into doublefamily rooms.( Please call us direct if you require a double room and availability is 0 ) We have had many small family gatherings at the guest house which works well with the layout, the dining room can also accommodate small functions. A travel cotcamp bed are available on request for infants and children.Breakfast is of your choice in our sunny breakfast room which favours fabulous views over the local country side. Evening meals and snacks are now being offered at a separate cost. Evening meals are served in our dinning room from 6pm - 7.30pm, can be later with prior notice i.e please phone ahead of arrival. Snacks are available until 8.45pm. Please ask for full details on arrival.

Directions
From The North.Exit the M1 at junction 15, Northampton. At the roundabout turn right onto the A508 signposted Milton Keynes. Follow the A508 through Roade and Grafton Regis, you will then come to a large roundabout. At this roundabout take the second exit signposted Old Stratford and Stony Stratford after approx 300 yards you will come to a set of lights, at these lights turn right onto Deanshanger Road, We are approx 250 yards on the left. From The South.Exit The M1 at junction 14, Milton Keynes. At the roundabout turn left onto the A509. Follow to the next roundabout at which turn left onto the H3 Monks Way continue along this road over 7 roundabouts. At The 8th Roundabout take the 4th exit signposted A5 North. Follow the A5 to the roundabout at which take the first exit signposted Old Stratford and Stony Stratford after approx 300 yards you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn Right at these lights and we are approx 250 yards on the left.
