The building belongs to the UCL (University College London) and all the Bedrooms are single study rooms which are thoroughly cleaned prior to letting in the Summer. Rooms are average small and feature a wash hand basins, desks and a wardrobe.
Bathrooms, showers, toilets and kitchens are shared on a ratio of 1 to 6 and are located on each corridor.

The Hall provides a very large dining room where guests can enjoy a substantial buffet English Breakfast.
