From Dusseldorf Airport (DUS):
Distance to Stage 47 is 10 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The Dusseldorf Airport railway station is located on a major axis of Europe's railway network, with approximately 300 trains stopping there every day. A free monorail runs between the terminal building and the railway station. The S7 S Bahn train leaves from the airport's underground station, located on the terminal building's lower level. Take a train towards Solingen Ohligs for the city centre. The single fare is around 2 EUR. Buses number 721 and SB51 travel to the city centre, and there are buses to the fair ground. The bus station is outside the Arrivals building. Taxis to the hotel cost about 25 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Dusseldorf's integrated public transport system includes the S Bahn (suburban trains), the U Bahn (metro), buses, and trams. Single tickets cost approximately 2 EUR. Most trams stop running at midnight on weekdays, however, certain lines continue running until 2 a.m.
Driving directions. From the airport, follow the A44 in the direction of Velbert/Frankfurt.
Take the exit to the B1 in the direction of Dusseldorf A52.
Keep to the left on the northern feeder road on the Grashofstrasse.
Turn left on Munsterstrasse.
After 400 metres, turn left onto Eulerstrasse.
Proceed for a further 3 kilometres, then turn left on Stresemannstrasse.
Turn right at the next street into Charlottenstrasse.
At Graf Adolf Strasse, turn to the left and continue for 50 metres before turning right.
The hotel is on the right side of Graf Adolf Strasse.
