Open all year round, the Hotel Auberge de la Sauge offers cosy rooms and a restaurant only 50 metres from the ASPO Nature Centre in Cudrefin. Our 500-year-old building has been completely restored and offers a wonderful setting to dine close to nature. The 12-room hotel is an ideal base for excursions in the 3-lakes area, exceptional for its natural and cultural sites. On our grounds we cultivate biological products and work to improve our agricultural biodiversity. Scottish highland cattle are bred on our lands for the upkeep of the marshlands.
