Whether your stay is brief or extended, you will instantly feel welcomed and at home. Our 10 bedroomed facility, inspected by the English Tourist Council, was assessed to provide a very good overall level of quality, consistent with their 3 star rating. We combine this with personal service and our own high standards to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. All rooms are bright and well furnished. We offer single, double, twin and family rooms, all en-suite, with beverage facilities and televisions. Breakfast is enjoyed in our dining room. Private car parking is ample. As we are only a five minute walk from the town centre and railway station, we are the perfect base for your stay in Bolton.

We are a short walk from the Railway station, over the railway bridge, turn right at the traffic lights onto Manchester road and we are about 400meters on the left hand side on the next set of traffic lights.If you are driving we are just off the A666, Bolton south turn off, turn towards town center (Bradford Street), and then left at the next lights onto (manchester road) towards Farnworth; we are 400meters on the left at the next set of lights. We have a private carpark at the rear of the property.From the airport the train is easiest and takes about 30 minutes.
