Harbourside Serviced Apartments provide the space and flexibility that a traditional hotel stay cannot offer. Each apartment has a reception and dining area, fully furnished bedroom(s) and a fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite. As well as the fashionable dcor each apartment contains the latest in communication and audiovisual technology, including wireless Internet, flat screen televisions in living and bedrooms, CD and DVD player. We offer a Meet and Greet Service at this location available from 8am until 8pm 7 days per week. Check in outside these hours is subject to availability by prior arrangement only, please call laterooms prior to booking to guarantee out of hours check in. Email address and telephone number must be provided on Laterooms confirmation to ensure full check in procedure is sent to you arrival. On arrival reservation number, photo identification and full payment, along with credit card details to guarantee extras and dilapidation. A refundable security deposit of £200 pre-authorisation on a credit card is taken for all bookings regardless of length of stay. The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older. A picture ID from the lead guest such as driving license must be seen upon arrival and match the name on the credit card used for payment. Cancellations must be made via Laterooms no later than 3 days prior to the arrival date to avoid incurring a cancellation penalty.
