The Guesthouse East has been featured on the TV and in national press to reflect the changing face of Eastbourne. Breakfast is optional, and all the suites have large en-suite bathrooms - and of course the usuals, TVDVD player, free wireless in the dining area, and clock radios We like little luxuries and select toiletries from Gilchrist and Soames, fluffy white towels, even jelly beansplus a wide selection of teas and coffees and treats. The Guesthouse East is the home of the Running Inn, a company that specialises in personal training and weekend fitness and running breaks. We are walker and cyclist friendly, and welcome families, too. The Guesthouse East has been featured on BBC South News, Countryfile, Fantasy Homes by the Sea, BBC Radio - as well as national press, the Times, Telegraph, and Independent. Owners Fiona and Mike live in and are happy to offer personal training to guests. Pampering treatments and sports massage are available on request. Just before Brighton take the A27, sign-posted LewesWorthing. Follow the A27 to Lewes. You will soon see signs for Eastbourne. Continue along here for about 40 minutes. As you approach Eastbourne, follow brown tourist signs for the Seafront (crossing lots of roundabouts). When you get to the seafront continue to the Pier. Drive past the pier.
