The Grosvenor House is prominently situated in the vibrant centre of Sheffield overlooking Charter Square - this is the heart of the bar and restaurant district. Manchester Airport is fifty miles away and the splendid countryside of the Peak District just 26 miles.
The bedrooms all are ensuite with Baths. They are large and pleasantly decorated although they look a little dated.
The restaurant - "Butlers" offers informal continental style gourmet dining with a sense of fun. A wide variety of cuisine is served here.
The lobby is large, warm and very welcoming. There is a large comfortable seating area.
This is a modern, twelve-storey tower block built in 1965.
An ideal property for those wishing to be in the heart of Sheffield. The hotel provides the perfect base for a great night out, and is ideally located for the many shopping attractions the city centre has to offer. ** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOTEL DOES NOT SERVE MEALS AFTER 6.30PM ** (GW 07/2008)
