The hotel is located in the heart of the Dausmenil area, two minutes walking distance from the Daumesnil metro station (lines 6 and 8), a stone's throw from the exclusive Viaduc des Arts, and a short walk away from the trendy Bercy village. The Gare de Lyon railway station and the Bastille are within vicinity of the hotel.

Completely renovated and refurbished in 2006, the rooms are small but in a very good condition with warm, homely decor. They are pleasantly furnished with contemporary light wood furniture and soft furnishings to create a minimalist style. All rooms have a free high-speed wireless Internet access. The bathrooms are equipped with power showers and are of an excellent standard.

The property does not have the restaurant but the breakfast is served on the ground floor, next to the reception.

The lobby is comfortably furnished and welcoming. There is an additional lounge area which offers comfortable seating and a selection of regional and international newspapers.

It is in an excellent condition and typical of the area.
