The Gasthof Post has been run by the Fimberger family since 1909, and is now in the hands of the 3rd generation. This business and holiday hotel warmly welcomes bikers, cyclists, bus tours and private groups. Our guesthouse lies in the centre of the town and has its own courtyard parking. Frankenmarkt is 40 km to the east of Salzburg, 15 km north of Attersee and 30 km south of the exhibition town of Ried Innkreis.
The hotel offers 50 beds. The comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with en-suite facilities, hairdryer, telephone, cable TV and internet access.
Our 2 restaurants, seating 60 and 45 persons, serve regional delicacies and fresh farm produce – accompanied by excellent Austrian wines, local beers or the fresh Frankenmarkt mineral water. The ample breakfast buffet will make sure no wish remains unfulfilled. The small garden area seating 20 persons is a great place to spend time together.
