A stones throw from the beach and pier and a stroll to all the attractions, shops, restaurants and conference centre. The University and Marina are a short bustaxi ride away. Guests enjoy getting together in a large sunny bay windowed front room overlooking the sea to experience freshly prepared locally sourced and organic Sussex breakfast .Accredited with highly recommended 4 AA gold stars only awarded to the top 10% bed and breakfasts and one of the few to feature consistently in the Good Hotel guide and Guardian BandB Guide.
