The Fattoria Maremmana is a modern hotel centred on an original farmhouse set amongst the rolling Tuscan hills, six kilometres from the coastal village of Grosseto. The 20 guestrooms, on one floor, have white decor, functional furnishings and French windows which open onto private patios with barbecues. All are equipped with satellite television, climate control, minibars, safes and refrigerators. Bathrooms have jetted tubs, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers and makeup mirrors.
Guests can stroll and picnic in the well kept gardens, swim in the outdoor pool, and enjoy the tennis and basketball courts, as well as the table tennis facilities, while the little ones are kept busy in the children's pool and playground. They can also hire mountain bikes onsite, and there are beauty services, fitness equipment and massages available. Free parking is on offer for those arriving by car. The hotel is well placed for exploring the countryside and surrounding sights; the busy marina at Grosseto is six kilometres from the hotel, and Maremma Natural Park is 10 kilometres away. Grosseto Station is seven kilometres from the hotel, and Rome Fiumicino Airport is 180 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of two hours.

Directions
There is an express train service every 30 minutes to Rome's Termini train station (journey time is 30 minutes). A single ticket costs around 10 EUR. From Rome, trains are available to Grosseto Station, which is seven kilometres from the hotel.
