The Farmers Arms is set in the Lake District National Park. Dating back to 1360 and retaining many of the original features. Home cooked food is served at lunchtime and in the evening served in the cosy oak beamed bar. The Farmers Arms has been awarded a 4 star rating for food safety performance from the Cumbria Food Liason Group which is part of the Enviromental health agency.relax by the open log fire after a days site seeing or a long day at work. An ideal stop over for visiting the market town of Ulverston or the town of Barrow in Furness and the Lake District. We offer en-suite accomadation in cosy oaked beeamed rooms.Single occupation is in Double ensuite rooms Please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival. Breakfast is served 8.00 to 9.30 Monday to Friday and 8.30-9.30 weekends and Bank Holidays.

Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and take the A590 for Barrow in Furness. Follow for approximately 20 miles then turn right on to the A5092 Workington Road at the village of Greenodd. Follow for just under 2 miles. The Farmers Arms is on the right hand side at the junction of the 2nd turnoff for Sparkbridge.Please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival. Thank you.
