The Elgin Hotel is set in the tranquil village of Charlestown 5 minutes from Dunfermline. We are only 25 minutes from Edinburgh and 5 minutes from the motorway an ideal base for business, leisure, sightseeing, golf and knockhill race track. The hotel has its own private gardens with ample safe parking. It has 15 en-suite bedrooms some with views over the river Forth and both bridges, and others overlooking the gardens and village green. We have family rooms and a family suite. We can in some rooms accommodate for pets. There is a comportable lounge to relax in and three restaurants

Directions
Travelling from north and south head for the Forth Road Bridge. At Junction 1 on the M90 come off and head through Rosyth on the A985 heading in the direction of Kincardine Bridge. On exiting Rosyth there will be signposting for LimekilnsCharlestown. Follow the road through Limekilns and the hotel is at the top of the cobble hill in Charlestown.Travelling from the west and coming off Kincardine Bridge follow the A985 towards Forth Road Bridge. Travel till you pass a village called Crombie and take the first left into road signposted Charlestown and follow the road through till you reach the hotel.
