This almost new property is located in East St Kilda, one block away from tram and train services. Approximately 5 minutes drive from Acland Street, St Kilda. Registration for check in is conducted at 65 Acland Street. Reception hours 8 am to 11 pm. After hours check in via phone

Bathrooms have a shower and bath. Rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Each unit comes with cooling fan, heating, TV, dining table and chairs, hair dryer, clock radio and coffee & tea making facilities.
There is no restaurant on the premises but there are lots of dining outlets on nearby Acland Street.
Lobby is small with a few chairs.
