The hotel overlooks Southampton Harbour, standing alongside the medieval town hall. It is easily accessible via the M3 and M27 motorways, and is 5 minutes from Southampton rail station and 15 minutes from the airport.
Rooms vary in size but are generally medium and are kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are tastefully decorated and all have en suite facilities and full facilities. Some rooms have air conditioning and balconies.
There are 3 restaurants including the a la carte restaurant in polished grout and natural timber, and Brewster which provides a more informal environment.
The lobby is large and spacious with a seating area and chandeliers.
