In the heart of the Frysian lake district (Sneekermeer), just outside the village of Terherne (known as the Chameleon village), is a thatched-roof farmstead with 5 apartments. The 5 comfortable apartments sleep 2 people and are situated on the ground floor. Each apartment includes a sitting and dining area, as well as its own bathroom and fully-equipped kitchenette. Rooms are equipped with a 51-inch flat-screen TV, wireless internet and mini bar. There is also a private outdoor sitting area with garden furniture and a sunshade. Breakfast can be ordered at an additional cost upon reservation. At De Mariahoeve, you can also rent various boats, e.g. motor-sloops and canoes, as well as bicycles.
