From Vitoria Gasteiz Airport (VIT):
Distance to Hotel Dato is 10 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive.

Getting there. A local bus runs between the airport and Vitoria's central bus station. The journey time is 20 minutes and single tickets cost 3 EUR. Taxis are available in front of the terminal building, and cost about 15 EUR to the city centre. The journey time is 10 minutes. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The city centre's historical and shopping areas are easy to explore on foot. Cycling is a good way to get around, and complimentary bicycles are provided by the town council during the summer. Buses run from Vitoria to nearby towns. Four fast trains run from Vitoria Gasteiz station to Madrid each day. The journey time is about four hours. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding Basque Country.
