FROM THE SOUTHLeave the M1 Junction 35A or 336 follow the signposts for Manchester, continue on A616 until a large steelworks is in the valley to your left, pass steelworks, you will see a reservoir in front to your left, carry on past reservoir until you come to a small crossroads signposted Midhopestones to your left and Penistone to your right, turn right up narrow winding road to top of hill, go straight across the crossroads on top of hill, we are one mile down this road on the right hand side.FROM THE NORTHLeave the M1 at Junction 37 taking A628 signposted Manchester, continue for several miles until you go under a railway viaduct, carry on for mile to traffic lights (near the bridge and White Hart Pubs). Turn left at lights, continue on the same road through the town centre, we are one mile out of Penistone on the left hand side.FROM SHEFFIELDLeave Sheffield via the A62 continue for several miles until you see A629 (The Crown pub is on that junction) continue on A629 through Wortley and Thurgoland. Go through traffic lights at Thurgoland and continue for 400yds, then turn left and downhill at the fork in the road, continue through Oxspring until you pass Penistone cinema, continue to T junction (with Rose and Crown pub on the corner). Turn left and continue for 1 mile, we are on the left hand side.
